We are looking for Think More Media Team Members.

What we need is simple: We will post dozens of websites per day in our project center. There are two sections, Development and Proofing. The icons below can be used to identify who the jobs and messages are for.

If any team member has a question, comment or issue, please use our team member only forum.

Developers ($25 per project) will download the project files and compose the website on their own hard drive then upload the completed work back to our server. 

Depending on your level of expertise, most projects will take less than an hour to complete.

Developer projects are limited to Website Lite and Maintenance.

Developers are limited to 6 project downloads per day. Any project downloaded must be uploaded complete within 24 hours or no credit will be given and the project will be put back in the queue.

Elite Developers (starting at $50 per project) will have access to larger jobs and the pay is higher per job.

Any Website Lite Project must be completed within 24 hours or no credit will be given and the project will be put back in the queue. On other projects the deadline will be indicated and must be agreed to before it is downloaded.Larger projects will be priced accordingly.

Elite Developers have no limit on projects they can download per day and jobs are first come, first serve. Elite Developer project listings are staggered by hour from 9a-2p so that our PST developers can get a fair shot at work. 

NOTE: Elite Developers are invited team members and have paid a $50 Enhanced Access Fee.

Proofreaders ($15 per project) will check the work by downloading the files, making the edits (if needed) and submitting a report the the edit made while also upload the packaged website back to the server. 

NOTE: You cannot proof your own project and be paid for it.

 

There will be awards a bonuses from time to time based on performance and accuracy for both Developers and Proofreaders. When we are looking for team members, you can find the application available on this page.

Downloading and not completing projects will result in immediate loss of Elite or Developer status and being banned from the site. 

Payouts are every Friday after 1pm for completed and proofed work (Cutoff is Thursdays, 5pm). We pay via PayPal. Prior to your first payment we will request W-1099 tax form information for our records. You will be issued a W-1099 form every February.
